Marta Casas (Soprano, Professor at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Castilla La Mancha) and Teresa Laiz (Professor and Castanets Soloist) are the cornerstone of this project “Compañía Española de Canto y Palillos”. The voice and castanets, which sometimes act as an accompaniment element and others as a solo instrument so unknown in this facet for the vast majority, cover the Spanish geography, as well as the different stages of our History, through fragments of classical music , zarzuela, copla or popular songs.
